investigation and renewal
Responsible commitment

Investigation projects
We carry out research work in different fields of application, through the development of individual or consortium advanced research projects, participating as a collaborating entity or providing the extensive knowledge of our team in various fields.

scientific divulgation
We develop contributions to national and international congresses and scientific journals of impact.
In addition, as a result of research activity, scientific knowledge is periodically generated that can be disclosed to society.

innova awards
Every year we promote and deliver the Ayesa Innova awards to reward the best innovative ideas among the employees of the Ayesa group.
We look for new ways of doing things to improve our environment and society.

Ypacaraí
SPollutant agent monitoring system in Lake Ypacaraí through the use of Unmanned Surface Aquatic Vehicles. Its objective is to detect the level of contamination by drones of Lake Ypacaraí, in Paraguay with the aim of maintaining the water resources of the area, essential for the Paraguayan economy.
STARCELL
Development and validation of new photovoltaic cells based on Kesterite CZTS (Cu2ZnSn (S, Se) 4), whose abundance of its elements and low toxicity will allow to establish a safe supply chain and achieve low recycling costs.
STARCELL has received financing from the European Union’s research and innovation programme Horizon 2020 in virtue of grant agreement no. 720907.
NETFFICIENT
Deployment and demonstration of TRL 5-6 level electric energy storage technologies, and development of IT tools to exploit the synergies between these technologies, the smart grid and citizens.
NETFFICIENT has received financing from the European Union’s research and innovation programme Horizon 2020 in virtue of grant agreement no. 646463.

Virtual Drone Box
The general objective of the project is to create a control system that guarantees that the UAV will always be within a pre-established and clearly defined area, knowing at all times the exact coordinates in which it is located and controlling that it does not deviate or leave the delimited space for use.
This project has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (Feder) and the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

ATENEA
The Atenea project aims to optimize production processes, so that the information generated in the manufacturing (workshop) is automatically and immediately transmitted to the superior management systems, accelerating and optimizing both decision-making, minimizing response times. and reaction to the execution of a task, promoting the application of technologies related to communication, connectivity, the exploitation of information with immersive means and the analysis of information in an intelligent way.
Project co-financed through the European Regional Development Fund (Feder) and the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities

EXTINGUE
Generation of new technologies and their subsequent integration into a prototype of an advanced system for the protection, detection and extinction of fires in large areas, in real time and without human intervention.
EXTINGUE is a project co-financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, through the CDTI, and by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

FASTRACK
Development of a new slab track system to be used on high-speed railway lines, economically and environmentally sustainable.
